KINGMAN - Jerome Long, 71, of Kingman, died Sunday morning in St. Elizabeth Hospital at Danville, Ill. He was born May 8, 1898 at Peru, Ind., the son of Charles Francis and Mary Allen Saine Long. He was married to Mary Elizabeth Beech, who survives. He was a retired steel worker, who had lived in Kingman for four years after moving from Homewood, Ill. Survivors also include a son, Jerry of Indianapolis; a brother, Milton of Monticello; a sister, Mrs. Jean Bacon of Peru, and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Woodrow Funeral Home here with Rev. Eston Brook officiating. Burial will be in Rush Creek Cemetery, and friends may call at the funeral home …….. - jlr
